MCANDREW LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE COACHING LTD (‘McAndrew Leadership’) (company no:10355267, registered office: 27 Dale Green Road, London, N11 1DN) has developed this privacy policy (‘Privacy Policy’) in order to (1) show our commitment to protect your privacy, (2) safeguarding the information you provide us via submission on the Platform or by any other means and (3) explain both to our Users and the public how we process and use your information and personal data. For the purpose of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (the DPA), McAndrew Leadership (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’) is the data controller. Note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to websites and services that show different statements.
McAndrew Leadership’s website is run by trusted staff. The privacy of our users is paramount to us and we take care to safeguard it. This policy explains how we use your personal information.

What information do we collect?
We collect information about you in a number of different ways.
Depending on which one of our services you are using, we require you to submit at some stage during our partnership some, if not all, of the following items of information:
- The name of your organisation.
- Organisation’s number provided by (1) the Charity Commission for organisations registered in England and Wales; (2) the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator for non-profits registered in Scotland; (3) the Northern Irish Charity Commission for organisations registered in Northern Ireland; (4) if registered outside the UK, the relevant Charity regulator you are registered with in your respective country.
- If applicable, your Company No. provided by Companies House in the case of Community Interest Companies (CICs).
- Organisational Strategy with your charity’s defined purposes and evidence of plan to achieve this along with a Risk Assessment map.
- Organisational Structure – ideally a flowchart with a name and contact email of the key-decision maker in (1) Fundraising and/or Corporate Partnerships; (2) Finance; (3) Programme/Project Management; and (4) Marketing and Communications.
- M & E framework and Evidence of organisational impact in area concerned with the service.
- Latest accounts filed to your local Charity regulator.
- Link to organisation’s website from which we should be able to gather (1) Vision, Mission and Values of the organisations; (2) the team in terms of key figures and trustees.
- Administrative and Legal information – organisation’s policies on (1) Financial Procedures; (2) Safeguarding; (3) Whistleblowing; (4) Equality & Diversity; (5) Board basics consisting in Trustee Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest Policy and Trustee Expenses Policy; and (6) other non-required procedures such as Complaints and Feedback procedure, Acceptance and Refusal of Donations, Guidance on Partnering with Companies, and Due diligence procedure for partner organisations.
- Financial information for the past 3 years.
- Information concerning your organisation’s projects and activities – such as past projects, current projects and new grant writing proposals.
Information Automatically Collected
All data handling is human driven and McAndrew Leadership does not use any automated decision-making processes.
Please note that information mandatory to services may change and/or extra items may be asked for depending on the requirements of your organisation for McAndrew Leadership’s services.
If you choose to purchase one of our services, we will only retain the contact details you have provided us and these will be used to facilitate McAndrew Leadership providing the service you require or if you independently have signed up to receive marketing and newsletter updates. We never retain bank details or share your details with other charities.
Payments made to McAndrew Leadership are processed using Stripe, Inc. and we adhere to their policy on privacy which can be scrutinised here https://stripe.com/gb/privacy.
When you register to receive emails from us, we will collect the information necessary to provide these services to you. As a minimum, we will require your name, phone number and e-mail address.
What do we use personal information for?
We will only use your personal information for the purposes you choose. We will never pass your information to third parties, other than to our carefully selected service providers or where permitted or required by law.
If you decide you would like to receive our regular updates you will receive this email at most once per week. An unsubscribe link will be provided in every email we send, should you wish to stop receiving emails from us.
Using Your Data
We only ever use your information in line with applicable data protection laws – in particular, the 2018 DPA (UK). In short, this means we only use it where we have a legal basis to do so. - To produce information relevant to the services we are providing for you.
- To contact you for marketing purposes, if indicated by you.
- To keep you regularly updated about our services.
- To continuously improve our services.
- To post on social media about the successes our partnership has produced.
Storing Your Data
We ensure that there are appropriate technical controls in place to protect your personal details. For example our online forms are always encrypted and our network is protected and routinely monitored.
We ensure that your information is only accessible by appropriately trained staff and interns.
Sharing Your Data
We do not sell or lease your personal data without your express permission with any third parties for any purposes.
Unless we have your expressed consent, McAndrew Leadership will not share your data with any third parties for any purposes.
In certain circumstances, McAndrew Leadership may be legally required to share certain data held by McAndrew Leadership, which may include your personal data, for example, where McAndrew Leadership is involved in legal proceedings, where McAndrew Leadership is complying with legal obligations, a court order, or a governmental authority or where necessary to protect the rights, properly ,or safety of McAndrew Leadership’s staff.
